Is your baby's poor sleep shaking your confidence as a mom?

I am here to help you get your baby sleeping better so you can remember these early months fondly.

You couldn’t wait to welcome your little one into the world. Now you can barely wait until their next nap.

You know other mom’s whose babies  are sleeping through the night, and wonder why it has to be SO HARD for your baby to sleep well.

You’re so tired of all the conflicting advice from the Internet, your spouse and maybe even your mother-in-law. You need a simple solution that doesn’t take much time, and that WORKS!

It doesn’t have to be this way, and it isn’t a matter of waiting until your child “outgrows this phase.”

Having harmony restored in your family, and actually enjoying time together like you used to (without constantly arguing over how to get the baby to sleep).

Being the best mom that you can be, because you are getting the sleep you so desperately need. You have patience, you can’t wait to see your baby in the moring, and you actually have time to take a shower!

Putting down your baby at 7pm and enjoying your favourite TV show uninterrupted.
Feeling like you saved your marriage because you and your husband are sleeping soundly (at last) and can finally enjoy your precious new addition.

Being the envy of all your mummy friends who ask, “how do you get your baby to sleep so well?”

Get ready to start sleeping better in just 3 nights.

Obviously since I was desperate I dove right into your program yesterday morning and we started last night. We started with the Sit and Support method and my husband sat with Calissa as she screamed bloody murder for 45 minutes, inconsolable even after picking her up several times. He was becoming disturbed by it and left for a minute to make a stiff drink and by the time he came back she was fast asleep!! She only woke twice last night which I had little issues getting her back to sleep using the Come and Go method after realizing this was best for Calissa rather than the S&S. Normally that would have been 56 wakes and it would have ended up with her in the bed with us and still not sleeping.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate this program so far and I didn’t even realize how bad a of a sleeper she had become until I see how she is now only on night/day 1. I was terrified of going into a Cry it Out program but this is much less painless. It’s going to save me from going into the crazy house from getting 2 hours of sleep a night! I’m telling all my new Mom friends about Jammy Time immediately.

Hi, I’m Shan, mother of three and paediatric sleep consultant. Before I became a sleep consultant, I was a teacher. I witnessed firsthand the importance of a good night sleep for learning, concentration and development.

I was certified by Dana Obelman of Sleep Sense and am a current member of the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants

I became one of the first paediatric sleep consultants in Alberta. Since then, I have worked with over 1000 families during the past 6 years to help them be at their best through quality sleep.

I love having a career dedicated to teaching families how to make healthy sleep habits part of their lives. I understand that being on maternity leave can mean being on a tighter budget.

That’s why I’m offering my online sleep training course as a cost effective alternative to my in-person services (over 60% off the regular price).

About sleep training

Does this course teach the “cry it out method?”

No, it does not teach the cry it out method. I would not ask you to put your infant in the crib and leave them to cry alone with no support from you.

This course is a sleep training program uniquely designed by Shan to get your infant to sleep in the most gentle and natural way possible, using their natural instincts paired with the structure you provide as their parent.

There may be some crying, but this is normal as your child is used to falling asleep a certain way, and you are changing their routine. You will be there to support your child through this transition.

My husband is skeptical about whether or not this will work.
How can I convince him?
Shan has worked with over 1000 families to help them get their infants and toddlers to sleep. A good night’s sleep is essential to the health and wellbeing of the entire family. Having a plan and sleep training your baby can turn an unsupportive partner into an ally, who feels empowered to help.

The connection between fussy, poorly sleeping babies and postpartum depression (PPD) is a strong one. Researchers at a colic clinic in Rhode Island reported that 45% of moms with very irritable young babies had moderate to severe depression. That is a 10 times higher incident of serious PPD than is typical.”

The three top PPD triggers are infant crying, sleeplessness and unsupportive partners. (Dr. Harvey Karp, The Happiest Baby Guide to Great Sleep)

How does the course work?

The course is a 1-hour pre-recorded video training that comes with a sleep plan template. Shan goes through exactly the same process she uses with in-person clients to design a personalized sleep plan. At the end of the course, you will have a personalized sleep plan that works for your family and your baby.

How soon can I expect to get results?

You can expect to start seeing results (better sleep) within 3 nights. The average time to sleep through the night is 5 nights, if that’s your goal for your baby.

More details about the sleep training course:

Will the course work for me if I’m breastfeeding?
Absolutely, this sleep-training course is equally as effective for mother’s who are breastfeeding or bottle-feeding their babies. Shan believes that a good night’s sleep is within reach for all new mothers. For most babies, once sleep is sorted out, breastfeeding becomes easier as well.

Is sleeping poorly just a phase? Can’t I just wait things out?
If what you’re doing now isn’t working, waiting won’t solve the problem. Why wait longer to start sleeping better? Good sleep is also critical to the development and growth of your child.

What is the success rate of this course?
The success rate is 100% for the families who implement the program as I have outlined it. If your child does not seem to be responding to the program, or you have any other concerns, please contact Shan for personalized support (a 20 minute support call is included with the course).
Is the program right for me if we are co-sleeping?
If co-sleeping is a habit you’ve fallen into (but want to change), this course can help. If you intend to keep co-sleeping though, the course isn’t the right fit for you.

This course is right for you if...

Your baby is between 10 weeks and 24 months old

You want a budget friendly alternative to hiring an in-person sleep consultant

You want your baby and your entire family to be happy, healthy and well rested.

You don’t have much spare time and need a solution that gets you results quickly.

This course is NOT for you if...

Your child is 2 or older

You want more support and accountability then a course can offer (contact Shan to purchase 1:1 support)

You want to keep co-sleeping with your child

You can’t stand to let your baby cry (even for a few minutes)

“Anytime I heard “I slept like a baby” from someone, it made me think that clearly the person doesn’t know what he’s talking about. They have no clue how babies sleep at night. These days, when I put down my son to sleep, I feel like I owe you a thank you note (or more). I mean what can I say, this was a life-changing experience for us.”

- Mehmet & Odul (Calgary, AB)

Although infants are born with the instinct to sleep well, they need the guidance of their parents to create consistency and routine.

In fact, sometimes the things we do that we think are helping, actual get in the way of these instincts.

Let me help you return to a place of ease in your daily routine. I don’t want you to feel anxiety at 6 o’clock every night, wondering how putting down your baby to sleep is going to go (and fearing another restless night).

I don’t want you to have to wait until your child turns 1 to start sleeping well. If your child is 10 weeks or older, you can start enjoying better sleep in just a few nights.

Are you ready to be the envy of your mummy friends who ask how you get your baby to sleep so well?

Are you ready to start enjoying a daily shower and time spent reading your favourite book, so that you feel fulfilled and whole, and can finally be the best mother possible?

Are you ready to stop arguing with your spouse about how to get your child to sleep, and return to a loving place in your relationship?

Let’s get started!

An in-person consultation with Shan starts at $497, and the 4 bonuses alone are worth over $300  (that’s a total of $797).

This on line course can be yours for only $247!
That’s over 60% in savings for the bundle.

“We purchased the on-line sleep course which was the best fit for our budget.   I was committed and that very night, did everything exactly how Shan marked it out.   Was the protesting difficult?  Sure. But I felt like I had a personal coach in my corner and that I needed to trust the process.   By night 3, the protesting lasted about 1 minute, and now, every night and every nap since then has a little girl who is happy to be put to bed, sleeps through the night, has longer, more restful naps and is happier and cheerier than she ever was when she didn’t sleep well. “
